HOW IT WORKS

Zoom Consultation
We go over all of the details including your Design Brief, book in your Production Date, and discuss your add-ons.
A Retainer will be due at time of booking.
Our Team will begin researching and working on your Creative Plan.

Design Team Zoom
Our Creative Meeting, will include the whole team and we will nail down the final details for Production Day.
You'll attend, ready to voice any concerns or updates.
After your approval, the team will begin prepping for production day.

Production
You'll receive a full day of Production from the Team.
If you are sending products to us, we will keep you updated throughout the day, You can even join in remotely.
If you have a rep who can be present on set, we highly recommend this, however, if you can't, we will consult with you remotely.

Post-Production
We will begin working, diligently behind the scenes, to create sample final content for you to approve. After approval, we will finish editing rest of the content.
A Second Round of review will enable us to make any final fixes that are needed. The Third Round of review will be for your final approval to deliver your final content.
You're content will be ready for 1st round of review in about 14 days. After final review, your content will be ready for delivery. For most Clients, you can expect full delivery in 30 days.

Delivery
Any remaining balance will be due and your project will be delivered 30 days from production date.
Files will be delivered in different file sizes and formats for your needed platforms.
If you have a yearly retainer with us, you will schedule your next Design Zoom and Production Date.

Add-ons
If you have any additionally purchased add-ons with us, such as social media management, we will already have implemented the SSM's ideas into production.
When Content is delivered to you, they will also be delivered to your Social Media Management Platform for your "post approvals".
If you have selected web-design through us, your web design process will begin after content delivery.

Welcome to the fashion content Studio
I am a Tulsa based brand and commercial photographer. available to you throughout Oklahoma and Worldwide. For Sessions, you’ll usually find me in my bare feet. I would love to get to know you.
I studied Fashion and Design in Florence, Italy and Fashion in London, England. I am interested in creative design. I want you to have content that blends conversions and beautifully creative design. Let’s create scroll-stopping content for your Brand and Beyond. I hope that you will allow me to be a part of your Journey.

Due to permits and regulations, it is recommended that you begin reaching out 3 months in advance. If you are a seasonal fashion company, then we recommend at LEAST 4 months in advance.
If you are a smaller start-up, 3 months in advance also gives you time to save up for your Content Day.
Last minute is considered 30 days in advance. We can accommodate this timeline for some brands.

Most clients come to us for our distinctive creation direction. However, we can also follow your teams vision. Reach out with your design concepts and briefs and we can see if we are a great fit for each other.

You can book us with a yearly retainer to have multiple content shoots to keep up with rotating inventory. You many also book us for a one-off editorial. It's really up to you and what works best for your company.

Your Wedding Package is $1490*. It includes 1 hour, venue, officiant, witnesses, 50 beautifully edited digital images, and Add-on options including the option to add on an additional hour of portraits.
Most couples invest around a total of $2k for their wedding day. So let's do the math - $1490* for your ceremony, venue, and photographs, $50 marriage license, Amazon wedding dress $100 or Designer dress rental $140, Designer tux rental $150, flowers $200. That's everything you need for just at $2k. Add Hair & Makeup, nails, new shoes, champagne, an additional hour of portraits, a few prints, and you're still close to $2,500.

Your Final Content will be beautifully edited to match your brand. This is why the research stage is the longest and also vitally important.
Specific edits may be accommodated, however most of our clients come to us to for our design aesthetic - which typically is already close to your brand. That is probably what drew you to us in the first place!

Digital Images and video will be delivered via an online gallery in different Resolutions for both print and socials.
An extra delivery method for you will be delivered via Wetransfer.
Additionally, if you have requested Social Media Management or Web Design. Your content will be uploaded for you to those locations as needed.

Full turn-around time is typically 30 days.
